This video was originally posted on August 30, 2011 and already has 8,072,533 views. That is a pretty impressive hit count for a mobile phone. So what made this video go viral?

Was it the new innovations? No, it looks like an iPhone wanna be.

Was it the brand? Maybe it is the brand, although I haven’t owned a Samsung phone since early 2000.

Could it be the “smartphone portability?” I don’t think so. I purchased my first smartphone in 1990-something.

Maybe it’s the “Super HD AmoLED?” I have no idea what that is but I’m assuming it some type of ultra clear video delivery. Okay, I’ll give ‘em that one.

What about the “minimum scrolling?” That looks exactly like how my iPhone and iPad scroll so I don’t think that would cause anyone to jump up and down to share this video.

Could a stylus cause all the hubbub? I don’t think so. I was happy to ditch my stylus when I switched from my Windows mobile phone in 2005 to the Verizon Envy. I was glad to see those go out of trend as I was constantly having to replace them. I’m sure they made a ton of money off of replacements. Plus, if I really wanted to I could use one a reactive stylus with my iPhone or iPad.

I know! It’s the 8MP Camera? Uh, No. That is on the iPhone 4S. I think I’m starting to run out of viral options as the video is already 51 seconds into the 1:14 video.

At the end of the video it claims, “It’s a new type of smartphone.” How is that exactly?

I’m not sure why this video went viral but at least the music is snappy.

I found this great article at www.wordtracker.com. This was just too fabulous to not share it with you. You will most certainly want to add this to your SEO tools arsenal. Let’s check out SEO Blogger a FireFox plugin (add-on).

1. Click here to DOWNLOAD the SEO BLogger for Firefox. I am a Microsoft lover but please tell me you’re not still using Internet Explorer. If so start by using the Mozilla Firefox free download by clicking here.
2. Install the Firefox plugin (you might get a warning from Firefox but just okay it)
3. Firefox will require a restart so the plugin will be fully installed and functional.

Now, let the fun begin!

Go ahead and click on it

Now let’s create a blog post and optimize it

1. Enter a starter keyword into the search box and click on search
2. Notice it pulls up a list of matches including phrases
3. You’re going to be looking for words that get enough traffic to matter but not so much traffic that your competition is too great. I’d say between 80-500 unless you have a high traffic blog with great SEO already.
4. Select any keywords you are going to be optimizing for and click ADD or you could Add them all…but probably not
5. Worry about the most important phrase first.This needs to be in the title of your article and used several times during your article/blog. Notice that the tool tells you how many times you have used this keyword in your article/post.
6. Publish your article and you are almost done
7. Now promote your article using your various social media contacts or email list. Of course it’s better when other people give you a little link love but go ahead and kick start the process by social bookmarking yourself too (remember 1 bookmark for yourself and 5 for other sites keeps your account safe).

First, I didn’t want to reinvent any wheels but a I needed a killer (do people still use that word?) Microsoft theme. I chose the Zune theme because it had the basic color palette I was looking for in the theme (don’t worry if you like iPods…no one will have to know about it but you and me). So get this theme by click here.

To install the theme:

1. Find the folder you just downloaded and unzip it
2. Go to the opened file you just created and start the installation
3. follow any prompts
4. Click on START
5. Click on CONTROL PANEL
6. Click on DISPLAY
7. In the THEMES tab click the drop down menu THEME and scroll until you see the Zune theme
8. Click on APPLY in the lower right
9. I didn’t want a Zune picture on my desktop so I clicked on the DESKTOP tab and chose a photo of my chihuahua’s instead
10. Click on OK and we’re now finished with our new theme

Now for a real fun toy! Are you ready for this? I have seen Vista but don’t really want the program. It does, however, have some really great menu features that I would like to try on my XP pc. Here’s what you do…this is so much fun…

1. Visit this site on download.com for the free application (this is also tested spyware free)
2. Click on the DOWNLOAD NOW button
3. Find the file you just downloaded and open it to start the installation
4. follow any prompts
5. Now check out you ultra-cool start menu! Didn’t I tell you this was awesome!

• Today we’re going to set up your cpanel and change the DNS settings for the domain we now own
• Please use the url www.domainhosting.themoxiemomblog.com
  • Click on the “Hosting, Order Now” button
  • Use the “I will use My Existing Domain and update My Nameservers only”, enter the existing domain, and click “Next”
  • The Hatchling account gets you 1 domain for $4.95/month, the Baby gives you unlimited domains for $7.95/month. Choose your plan and click “Continue”
  • Use Coupon: HEART for 20% discount on sign up. Expires: March 1, 2009. Click on “Calculate Totals”
  • Continue through the checkout process
• Visit www.yourdomain/cpanel to log in to your account
  • Enter the information you set up with your account to get logged in
  • On the left side of the screen notice the “Website Traffic” box which will show you what domains information you are viewing. Below this see the “Account Information” box which contains your Name Servers
• Open a new tab or browser window
  • Log in to your GoDaddy account we created in yesterday’s video
  • Hover over “Domains” and click on “My Domains”
  • Find your domain and click on it
  • In the top green box in the center see “Name Servers:” Click on one of them
  • Click on “Custom Nameservers” if not selected
    • Go back to HostGator cpanel and copy the first “Name Servers”, paste into the GoDaddy box labeled “Nameserver1:”
    • Go back to HostGator cpanel and copy the second “Name Servers”, and paste into the GoDaddy box labeled “Nameserver 2:”
    • Click “OK”
    • This can take up to 24 hours to propogate
